Working with Stratton Craig and London marketing shop Thin Air Design Communications, this brochure was created to celebrate 25 years in business for one of the UK's leading retail property specialists. The brief was to foreground the experience and range of services offered by Lunson Mitchenall, while giving an impression of the lively personality of the company and the people that work there. Given the nature of this sort of publication, it was important to achieve the right balance between confidence, fun and creativity, without creating a pretentious puff piece. The result was some very crisp and imaginative design, complemented by clean and direct copy that told the story with a minimum of fuss.
