BT Wholesale is the power behind virtually all telecommunications in the UK, and is in the process of building an entirely new, digital, converged 21st century network (21CN). The scope of BT Wholesale's operations is immense, and I was commissioned by them to create a brochure that would tell the whole story in a concise and engaging manner. This included content planning and liaising with various product and business area owners, as well as working with their design agency to develop the format. Targeted at their numerically modest but financially vast client constituency, this complex project was turned round in under three weeks, in time for a major corporate communications event.
