Project overview

This major London domestic property investment company was looking to increase the number of freehold apartments it owned via an innovative sale and lease back scheme. It was a potentially complex proposition, involving the possibility of making a straight sale, leveraging capital or selling and staying put, and the client was aware that their pitch had to be right first time.

Working with the client and property communications specialists Cooper Rose, a deceptively simple execution was created that clearly spelt out the scope of the scheme in layman's terms. Named contacts for further information helped build trust, while a simple, tear-out response mechanism made it as easy as possible for the target audience to respond. This compact and friendly piece was successful beyond all client expectations.
