Since the last years of the ’90s, I’ve been hired by agencies, corporate clients and charities to come up with ideas: sometimes the ideas alone, sometimes the copy as well. I specialise in winning pitches, and have worked successfully on every form of marketing technique, from print ads and brochures to corporate film and online viral campaigns.

Ideas come easily to me; the product of an over-active imagination – fired by a conventionally dull middle-class childhood – and a speckled career. In my time, I’ve cleaned bogs in a run down 3-star hotel, picked up burns and curses in a London kitchen, shovelled shit on what became the M25 motorway, worked as a welder in a Norwegian bike factory, and managed retail bike shops in London and Hamburg.

I am interested in everything.
